ARE WE SLAVES OR SOVEREIGN CITIZENS?

The majority of us Autralians have been raised to believe that we had the best political and law system in the world. Our parents and their parents were bought up in a world where you didn't care much except for surviving and having a couple of bob in your pockets after all the bills were paid. No one had the time or inclination to question the system and those that did knew that the powers to be would either ignore them, patronise them, target them or label them as fanatics.

But the time has come for the citizens of this country to turn off our TV sets and start to find out what is really happening around them. If not for ourselves, then for our children. We as a nation, have arrived at a point where complacency is dangerous and ignorance is suicide.

We do have Rights, but many have been led to think that we no longer have. The documents on this site should prove beyond doubt that our Rights have never vanished, they just became hidden deliberately from our view by the clouds of compounding legal jargon, corporate corruption and political manouvering.

ARGUMENT UNTENABLE

It is hoped that fair minded and reasonable Australian citizens will understand that the documents on this site were prepared from historical facts and law.

All Australians should visit the site and read the contents of this site, especially the document titled "The Argument is Untenable," as researched and written by Wolter Joosse. The document itself will reveal the way in which governments of Australia, past and present, have manouvred around the Constitution in order to gain more power.

Cleverly, under the disguise of certain provisions of the Statute of Westminster 1931, our Governments have legislated powers for themselves without valid authority. A good example, for instance, is the Australia Act 1986, when the Parliament used s51 (xxxviii) to purportedly create the Australia Act. However, a sober legal fact is, that the Parliament of the United Kingdom had, and still has no legal authority to change the Constitution by granting powers to the Federal Parliament outside those conferred to it under the Constitution. That can only legally be done by the Australian people by way of referendum.
